I'm Austin, a Dayton, Ohio photographer specializing in relaxed, outdoor sessions for families and couples. My sessions feel less like a photoshoot and more like a really fun hour outside with someone who happens to be pointing a camera at you. Kids melt down? We roll with it. Dogs run off? I'm already shooting it. Grandpa refuses to pose? Perfect — candid Grandpa is the best Grandpa.

Family Sessions

Whether it's an annual portrait session, a new baby announcement, a milestone birthday, or just the fact that your kids are only this little for a little while — I'm here for it. Sessions run 60–90 minutes at a location of your choice in the Dayton area, or I can suggest some of my favorite local spots. Kids encouraged. Dogs extremely encouraged.

Couples Sessions

Engagement photos before the wedding. An anniversary session. A "we just look really cute right now" session. Any reason works. Couples sessions are one of my favorite things to shoot — there's something about getting two people who love each other in good light that just never gets old. These also double as incredible holiday gifts, just saying.

Maternity & Fresh 48

There's a short window where a baby bump is round and beautiful and the whole family is waiting on pins and needles — I love shooting that. Fresh 48 sessions (in-hospital, first day of life) are available too. Ask me about bundling maternity + newborn sessions.
