How does ordering work?
We use PhotoDay so families can order online — no paper forms or envelopes. Each family gets a unique access code before picture day and orders photos directly. Photos are delivered digitally or shipped to their home.
How fast will families get their photos?
We turn galleries around quickly — typically 1–2 weeks after picture day — so families can order while the season is still going.
What if a player misses picture day?
Makeup days are available for teams that need them. Just let us know and we will work out a solution.
Do you travel outside of Dayton?
Yes — we serve organizations throughout Dayton and regularly travel to Columbus, Cincinnati, Springfield, and surrounding Ohio communities. Travel fees may apply for longer distances.
How do I book for my team or school?

How do parents order photos?

What is the typical turnaround time for photo delivery?
Photos uploaded within 3-5 business days; digital delivery immediate, most prints shipped Economy, Express and Rush
